f∞ studio（フー・スタジオ。以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Pangraphy」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーから取得する情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、サービス提供のために以下の情報を取得します。
1.1 ユーザーが直接提供する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーの現在地情報を OS の位置情報サービス（CoreLocation 等）から直接取得することはありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
取得した情報は以下の目的で利用します。
- 本アプリのコア機能（投稿、タグ付け、境界マップ可視化、ワークショップ参加）の提供
- アカウント管理および認証
- 不具合の特定と修正、サービス品質の向上
- ユーザー体験の改善のための統計分析
- 利用規約違反への対応
3. 第三者提供
当方は、以下の場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合

4. データの保管場所
ユーザーから取得した情報は、Google Cloud Platform 上の Firebase インフラ（プロジェクト: foostudio-photo-project）に保管されます。データは Google が指定するリージョンに保存されます。
5. データの保管期間
- アカウント情報・投稿・タグ・コメント: ユーザーがアカウントを削除するまで
- クラッシュレポート: Firebase Crashlytics の標準保持期間（90日）
- 利用統計: Firebase Analytics の標準保持期間（最長14か月）
6. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、本アプリのプロフィール画面の設定から以下を実行できます。
- 表示名の変更
- アカウントのサインアウト
- アカウントの削除（投稿・タグ・コメントを含む全データの削除）
データの開示・訂正・削除に関する追加の請求は、後述のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の子どもが個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
8. セキュリティ
当方は、取得した情報の漏洩、滅失または毀損の防止のため、Firebase Security Rules による認可制御、HTTPS 通信、最小権限原則の適用などの合理的なセキュリティ対策を講じます。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはサポートページで通知します。

The App does not directly obtain the user's current location from the OS location services (such as CoreLocation).
2. Purpose of Use

- Providing core App features (posting, tagging, boundary map visualization, workshop participation)
- Account management and authentication
- Identifying and fixing bugs, improving service quality
- Statistical analysis to improve user experience
- Responding to violations of the Terms of Service
3. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not provide collected personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the user has given consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect human life, body, or property
- When providing to subcontractors listed below, within the scope necessary to provide the App

4. Data Storage Location
Information collected from users is stored on Firebase infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (project: foostudio-photo-project). Data is stored in regions designated by Google.
5. Data Retention
- Account information, posts, tags, comments: Until the user deletes their account
- Crash reports: Standard Firebase Crashlytics retention (90 days)
- Usage statistics: Standard Firebase Analytics retention (up to 14 months)
6. User Rights
Users can perform the following from the settings on the App's profile screen:
- Change display name
- Sign out of account
- Delete account (deletes all data including posts, tags, and comments)

7. Children's Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.
8. Security
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information, we implement reasonable security measures such as access control via Firebase Security Rules, HTTPS communication, and application of the principle of least privilege.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy
The contents of this Policy may be changed as required by law or otherwise. Significant changes will be notified within the App or on the support page.
